the norman mcvicker Scholarship
The Norman McVicker Scholarship will award one applicant an amount of $2000 to attend a course with a performance institution such as NIDA.
The scholarship is open to Mid-Western Region residents aged 15 to 25, who have a demonstrated interest in acting, directing, writing, costuming, set building, technical skills, or other elements of the theatre and who wish to further develop their skills.

Depending on the course chosen, the scholarship may go towards course fees, transport, or accommodation.

In 2023/4 the Norman McVicker Scholarship money will be used to finance a drama workshop for young people.
